Not everyone has the means to dress and accessorize in a way that outwardly reflects the value they bring, and that can effect their ability to thrive economically. That is why atelier J supports Dress for Success.

The mission of Dress for Success is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

Our owner and designer, Micheline Roi lives in abundance but it hasn't always been that way—this is how she describes it: "I know what it feels like to try to make a professional impression when you are wearing something worn out. A close friend once loaned me a stunning red jacket so I could show up at an interview with confidence.

It made ALL the difference. I felt better, so I spoke better. I wowed the interviewers! 

One of our pillars at atelier J is helping others. We put this in action by donating a portion of our jewellery to Dress for Success every year. Together we are stronger!
