Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic our access to our materials and processes has been interrupted. Your order may take a little longer.
SHIPPING
We use Canada Post to ship to the US and Canada. Shipping is available at three shipping speeds and cost is calculated at checkout:
- Expedited Parcel: projected arrival within Canada, 1 to 7 days
- Priority: projected arrival within Canada, next day to 2 days
- Xpresspost: projected arrival within Canada, next day
PLEASE NOTE: Canada Post delivery is experiencing delays during COVID-19. Please be patient and allow extra time to receive your deliver.
International Orders: please contact us directly at: info[at]atelierj[dot]ca if you would like an order shipped outside of the US or Canada.
RETURN POLICY
atelier J will accept returns on our Ready to Wear jewelry.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by the original sales confirmation e-mail within 21 days of initial order.
Made to Order and Custom Orders are ineligible for return.
Issuing your Return: please contact us directly at: info[at]atelierj[dot]ca within 21 days of your order with the reason for returning your order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We highly recommend sending your item in a padded envelope, using a trackable shipping service, and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
